In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the 99jit platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. This acceptance is legally binding and takes effect from the moment you first access the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 99jit with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written. If you access the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 99jit platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 99jit, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual, not on behalf of a commercial entity for purposes of commercial gain;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which accessing or using the 99jit platform is unlawful;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 99jit, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 99jit platform or had an Account terminated by us for a material breach of these Terms.

99jit reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided, and any balance returned to the deposit source after identity verification, net of any Bonuses received.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 99jit platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances and Bonuses.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are solely responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any later point is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 99jit will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

99jit reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. We further reserve the right to suspend or close any Account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.

Before processing any withdrawal request, 99jit requires all Members to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity-verification process. KYC is a standard and mandatory requirement applied to all Accounts without exception, regardless of the withdrawal amount.

To complete KYC, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid Indonesian passport;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full name and residential address, dated within the last three months;
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits — for example, a bank book cover showing your name and BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account number.

Our team will review submitted documents within one (1) business day under normal operating conditions. We may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to complete verification. Incomplete or unverifiable KYC submissions will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All transactions on the 99jit platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 99jit does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallets). Available methods are subject to change; current options are always displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time following confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals for KYC-verified Members are processed within five (5) minutes of request submission under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified Members will be held pending the completion of KYC. 99jit reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of exceptional transaction volumes or platform maintenance, in which case Members will be notified.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 99jit Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request to a mismatched account name will be rejected and returned to the Member's Wallet pending resolution.

99jit reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal that triggers an internal security review, including but not limited to unusually large withdrawal amounts, rapid sequence deposits and withdrawals, or patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse.

99jit offers a range of Bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the matter in conflict only.

General Bonus conditions applicable to all 99jit promotions:

• Each Bonus is available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible period unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("turnover requirement") which must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms;
• 99jit reserves the right to void any Bonus and any winnings derived from it if we reasonably determine that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus, colluding with other Members, or placing low-risk or offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk;
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused Bonus balances that expire will be removed from the Member's Wallet without compensation;
• 99jit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given.

All bets and game rounds on the 99jit platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Members are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet selection, stake amount, and game choice before confirming. 99jit will not reverse or cancel any confirmed bet or game round on the basis of a Member's error in selection.

Sportsbook bets are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error (a price that is demonstrably incorrect relative to fair market value), 99jit reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion, with stakes returned to the Member's Wallet.

Live casino games (including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger) are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live game are governed by the respective game provider's rules, which are displayed within the game interface. 99jit is not responsible for the conduct, interruption, or technical failure of third-party live game streams beyond our reasonable control.

All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are as published by the respective game studio and are verifiable through the game's information panel. 99jit does not alter, influence, or override RNG outcomes.

Members may not use automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the 99jit platform. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99jit platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process;
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform;
• Using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, and payment fraud;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from illegal activity;
• Colluding with other Members to fix game outcomes, manipulate betting markets, or exploit platform features;
• Exploiting system errors, software vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or unauthorized software tools on the platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, intimidates, or threatens 99jit staff or other Members;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the 99jit platform.

All content on the 99jit platform — including but not limited to the 99jit brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive property of 99jit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 99jit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without our prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by 99jit under license.

The 99jit platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99jit's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99jit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

We are not responsible for any losses arising from: internet connectivity failures beyond our control; force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, or governmental action; actions or omissions of third-party payment providers; or a Member's failure to comply with these Terms.

Your use of the 99jit platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, and your rights with respect to that data.

By using the 99jit platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must not use the platform.

99jit is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling on the 99jit platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and over. It is not intended as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

Members are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately upon activation and are provided free of charge.

Your continued use of the platform after any revision takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact us to request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the jurisdiction in which the 99jit platform operator is incorporated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.

Notwithstanding the above, 99jit reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.

Members accessing the platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law, and that they do so at their own risk and on their own initiative. 99jit makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction, and it is each Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with all local laws applicable to them.
